Don’t leave us unsupervised around this ooey-gooey party favourite - We have zero self-control! Now grab a napkin, because you’re about to start drooling. Smoky sweet prosciutto, melty cheese, and a hefty kick of heat courtesy of the The OG caramelised onions…..come on now!!!!
Ingredients

100g Sliced Prosciutto

1 wheel double cream Brie
- 1 Tbs Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Meat Church Honey Hog BBQ rub*

1 batch of Ginger Goat OG Kicked Up Caramelized Onions
Directions
Heat smoker to 225
Prepare the GGOG caramelized onions
- While the onions are getting gorgeous, wrap Brie with Prosciutto, brush with Olive Oil, and Sprinkle liberally with BBQ rub
Smoke for 45 mins to an hour. (Monitor to prevent a cheesy lava meltdown)
- Top with prepared onions, serve with fresh sliced baguette.

*We highly recommend visiting your local butcher to find the Meat Church rub. But if you can’t find it, your favourite BBQ rub blend will do.
