Ed's spent decades cultivating, crossbreeding and pushing the boundaries of what's possible with hot peppers. His relentless dedication earned the Carolina Reaper the Guinness World Record for the world's hottest pepper in 2013. But Ed wasn't finished. After more than a decade of development, Pepper X® took the crown in 2023.
